[moonshot?] Marketplace for Items in Addition to Trading

Describe the solution you'd like
Craigslist-esque community postings for Lightning payments. MVP would be just the ability to post items in a marketplace, which in future can be broken out into regions for encouraging local trades. This can be broken out for DIY hosting, where users can federate with other instances in order to have access to whatever markets they will. The current central instance could be used as a main repository for finding regional instances.
Definitely a moonshot, but an exciting idea to me
