I can not file a criminal complaint at my local police station because i (of cause) had reduced my pledge to $1, so i have not suffered a loss.
But you other backers should print:
-
your pledge,
-
a copy of the Kickstarter rules (highlight the rule for transparency):

- this commen section and highlight every comment "no response":
- Comments who in vain had requested the contact details from Kickstarer:
- and the comments telling that last update was a deception because the photo was months old:
- My dispute with Kickstarter and that Zoommaker declined to tell his identity:
Then go to your local police and file a criminal complaint
urging the police to clam Zommmakers address from Kickstarter.
Everyone who suffered a $99+ loss should do this.
I am not your savior. Over the last years i have been enganged in many frauds to build an opposition and it has always failed BECAUSE 99% of all backers are "brain degenerated consumers" who don't care for their money anyway.
I am still here because i think crowdfunding to be an essential part of the evovling "information society". So i still dream that someday some people too will want to take action not because of their loss but for a better Kickstarter.
