✨ `mgm-hurry setup` - Allow for `other` exchanges

If other is selected as the exchange of choice,
another text based prompt should pop up next allowing to manually fill in a ccxt id of choice.
Support may vary on these exchanges though since they are not explicitly supported by Freqtrade, thus neither by MGM.
