🐞 BugFix Updating through`mgm_hurry`'s `install_freqtrade` & `install_mgm` functions

These still throw errors when used for updating, which leads to users having to do fresh installs upon each update.

For example, when you use mgm_hurry install_mgm to update it then following error is thrown:

This should be the last time that a clean install should be needed 😌

Going forward you should be able to use mgm-hurry install_freqtrade & mgm-hurry install_mgm to update your existing installation πŸŽ‰
