VCSH Standalone script missing from downloads after latest update

The standalone VCSH script is missing form the downloads after the latest update v2.0.5.

I appear to have bumped the wrong dependency in CI and broken the standalone script deployment. I just pushed a fix and will manually build and attach the v2.0.5 script now.
