Sine qua non for initial funding.
Ideas for Deliverables:
- Taxonomy of governance with "maturity" levels (codes)
- File format to be included in repositories to declare current and desired governance
- Database structure for maintaining this information (with manual input, automated guesses, and reading of declared governance)
- WebApp for searching for governance information of projects (and ecosystems)
- WebApp for maintaining the database
- Value statements for stakeholders to adopt this
