Add patreon button to the main website

Now that the patreon is officially launched, a "become a patreon" button should be added to the main website (https://www.patreon.com/brand) or at least the become a patreon clickable image should be added.
As well as the https://wiki.revolutionarygamesstudio.com/wiki/Money_and_Thrive page should be updated. And maybe somewhere else should also be put links there. Maybe the community forums header or the pinned topics would be a good place.
