Not able install rhdfs package with Hadoop-2.5.0

I am just new to hadoop and want to try mapreduce in R. But i am not able to install rhdfs on windows machine. I have downloaded the Hadoop-2.5.0.
I am getting the following after:
hdfs.init()
Error in .jnew("org/apache/hadoop/conf/Configuration") :
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException
Could you please report on the rhdfs issuer tracker? Thanks
