Allow choice of browser for opening links

It would be helpful if we were able to open links outside of Amaroq, without having them load in the in-app browser first.
Since Apple won't let us override Safari as the default, the best option might be to allow users to press and hold on a link within the feed, which would bring up the Activity Menu, allowing users to open the link in the app of their choice.
Another option would be allowing the user to have links open in the Safari app by default (I know the Tweetbot app provides this option).
