Handling of invalid client_id

When the server invalidates the oauth client_id used by Amaroq, there seems to be no way tell Amaroq to re-register itself and get a new client_id.
This scenario may occur for some users when a server backup is restored, or when presumed inactive clients are removed from the database, etc.
