Weight should effect jump-height

Your total weight from weapons should effect how high you can jump. This just makes sense, as carrying more things in holster should make it significantly harder to jump.
Currently people are doing bunny hopping with a heavy machine gun; thus, making it significantly harder for a brood alien to infect them. This is extremely unfair and creates a huge imbalance.
