If you load up https://github.com/LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor, do you get any weird values at all?

It only happened once it fixed after reboot, idk what caused it tho

I have the same issue, it shows different values, sometime crazy numbers like 10000 rpm, and i cant control the fan speeds, neither by setting curves or manually, using another program worked fine but here nothing, and it was working before.
