R package to add: `kewr`

Hi,
I just watched great @emilio-berti 's talk at TDWG 2021!
Would it be possible to add an R package I've put together? It's an R wrapper for Kew's data resources, called kewr. It links to IPNI, WCVP (which I don't think you have any entries for at the moment?), and POWO.

Indeed, kewr would be a great addition. We currently only have taxizeaccessing POWO but no packages accessining WCVP.
I would love to setup a regular search of packages on GitHub/CRAN/Bioconductor that deal with taxonomy/taxonomic information, than manually curate them to update our database.
It will be added in the next update of this repository :)
