Suggestion: Heroku support

It will be good if Refractor can run on Heroku. Heroku has docker and psql addon support, I guess it is possible to run Refractor on Heroku. Therefore, the admin can use Refractor for free instead of buying a VPS.

This is a good suggestion. I definitely agree that having support for some other common deployment methods would definitely make it easier for communities to get started with Refractor.
I don't personally have much experience with Heroku, but I'll give it a try at some point. In the meantime, if anyone else would like to try getting Refractor deployed on Heroku, pull requests are always open!
