Allow Targeting of Nodes/ Multiple Node commands when working with Redis Cluster in workbench/cli

Problem description Some commands require running a command on each node in the cluster or all masters etc...

How often do you encounter this problem Every time we need to flush the cluster

Alternatives considered We can add each node in the cluster as a redis cluster db into insight and run commands individually like that, but it makes the setup very cumbersome and operationally complicated/ prone to errors.

Additional information Redis Insight v1 had this ability, so this would be bringing it to parity with v1.
