Version on autosync should not be set by default

Describe the bug
Bug occurring on GitHub Actions only that is causing a version to be overwritten by default.
A version is set as a default and this should be removed.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Run autosync action v0.8.0
- Make a markdown change
- Observe that the version is updated when to version is given as an input
Expected behavior
If no version is given, do not update the version field.
