Add a manpage for the `cve` CLI utility

While the cve utilitity provides a help text via the -h, --help could you consider adding a manpage as well? (One can be created on the fly for instance via help2man, at least to get an initial template).
In Debian at least each binary in /usr/bin, /usr/sbin, /bin, /sbin or /usr/games should have a manual page, so this would help us complying with the respective policy.
Note to self: test out https://github.com/click-contrib/click-man to see if it produces usable man pages.
