Rewrite README to be user-facing

The README should focus its content entirely on how to use yggd and its utilities. Other documentation related to developing workers and how yggd works should be moved to either CONTRIBUTING.md (if it relates to getting started with contributing to the project) or to the wiki, if the documentation is of a general topic (such as how to get started writing a worker).
