Support passing parallel worker count to iqe_cji

We added support recently for iqe core to support this, if this was also configurable through a env var or a option passed through CLI parameter for process-iqe-cji and deploy-iqe-cji that could help us, configuring the number of workers that we can use with smoke_test script
