Arduino IDE does not show Blend micro in Ubuntu 12.04

I have followed instructions on installing Blend micro to Arduino IDE 1.0.5 but I down see the Blend micro board under Tools / Boards menu. Is Ubuntu 12.04 32 bit supported?
Update: it seems that copying the "blend" directory into Arduino's IDE istallation folder solves the issue. The folder on my pc is ~/arduino-1.0.5/hardware
