Haxe code positions in exceptions trace

Consider implementing sourcemaps to make runtime exceptions trace Haxe positions in call stack.
Inspired by http://lib.haxe.org/p/jstack/

Done. Use -lib jstack to get Haxe positions in exceptions and call stacks.
