The current title of the article is "Long-Term Reproducibility through Replication: the ReScience Initiative". Unfortunately, the meaning of "reproducibility" in this title does not conform to the definition that we give in section 2. Worse, a later section explains why "long-term reproducibility" is impossible in practice with today's computing technology.
Here is one proposal for a better title, but I hope someone will come up with a better one:
Verification through Replication: the ReScience Initiative
The idea of the original title was to underline the fact that a replication provides long term support for a given computational research with the combination of the original and the new article.
Long term support through replication: the ReScience Initiative
Perennial computational science through replication: the ReScience Initiative
@pdebuyl Just learnt a new word!
Another idea along the same line, with a nod to the sustainable software movement:
Sustainable computational science through replication: the ReScience Initiative
May we can even shorten it:
Sustainable computational science: the ReScience Initiative
