RTL UI razorqt-panel > plugin-quicklaunch > Move Left/Right

While the Move Left/Right entries are matching their icons, when I click Move Left, an item moves to right and when I click Move Right, an item moves to left.

Same issue QupZilla/qupzilla#924

$ LANG=ar.utf8 razor-panel
Using Razor-qt 0.5.2

I am using the GIT version and the Move Left/Right seems to work as expected.

Neither Arab nor Hebrew are presented for plugin-quicklaunch so I can not test.

Why the Hebrew translation was removed in its entire?
