[Feature] Sort and Import/Export Record Tags and Activitys

I would like to suggest a sorting option for the general record tags by color.
The workaround from neekubee relateted to /37 does not work for me.
It would also be nice if I could hide the general record tags for activities with assigned record tags.

Another idea would be to create general tags and then create tag groups. The tag groups could then in turn be assigned to activities or vice versa; when creating an activity, I could assign not only categories but also tag groups to it. The advantage of this would also be that I would no longer have to create two identical tags separately for general and activity.
This would perhaps also allow a separate export/import of tags via a CSV file, perhaps even with entries for the tag groups.
Thinking further, it might also be possible to import activities with already assigned tag groups via CSV, so that a spreadsheet project calculation could be created on the PC and transferred to the app.
