[Logs] Gzip log after a simulation

Considering we aren't actively using logs (only if something looks odds), I think we should gzip them once we're done with.
Probably the same with the .json output in fact (once metadatas & csv are generated).
In this case, we might want to make a gzip of both.
May do it by the end of the month if not done already.
Archiver has been added. Will close this.
