Snickerstream Issues

Hi so I'm currently trying to stream from my NDSXL, I'm already running the custom luma software, ntr 3.6, and snickerstream is allowed within my firewall. However, it keeps giving me the error message "Could not start remoteplay on (N)3DS". Is it something wrong on my end or is it simply a snickerstream problem? (I'm assuming I attached my log correctly)
