Won't open or download

My pc won't even let me download it. At first it will, but when I open the app, it closes instantly, then my onedrive deletes it. I keep restoring snickerstream but it dosn't even open it now. Idk if it's me or there's a bug or I didn't see a post saying this is discontinued or somthing Idk.
