Add support for classifiers besides DIETClassifier

The script cross_validation_results.py assumes we have DIETClassifier in the bot's pipeline.
Do we want to support other classifiers e.g. someone might want to use this action for their 1.X bot which still uses the EmbeddingIntentClassifier?
This won't be the focus for the infrastructure team any time soon, will move to future
