Takes member data outputted from IMGSTG and converts it to.CSV format so that it can be imported into MailChimp. We use it for the Northern United Hockey Club, written in Node.js
First rename the members.xls outputted to members.html, then add it the project in a convenient location.
Second set the vars in index.js.
