Blank Screen after Install

RainLoop version, browser, OS:

Expected behavior and actual behavior:
After installing working RainLoop but after installing with Softaculous on DirectAdmin it gives me a blank screen
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Login to DirectAdmin > Open Softacoulus > Start installing it on my subdomain > When see the success text it was installed open the admin page and login page, but both gives me a blank screen
