It was observed that AMD UEFI images can have multiple different structures who point at the same offset in different formats as offset.
Additionally, with the current implementation in UTK, such offsets will not be changed on moving or otherwise changing the referenced object.
Further more, there is no clear way to distinguish those offsets as anything other then a number.
In order to allow such things, this issue is supposed to plan and track the progress on a system for such references
