add into RaftLib org dir

@jdavidberger, could we perhaps add this into the RaftLib org and maintain it there? I can add you as a contributor? I've had several requests for exactly this and I remembered you put some work into it awhile back.

I think that sounds good; it's been a while since I worked on it but the org is a good idea!
