Multiline title with linespacing

Will you please let me know the best practice on splitting the long title of the thesis into two lines with linespacing.
Thank you.
Switching \LARGE and \textbf will work.
\LARGE\textbf{\@title}\\
\title = Title line 1 \\ Title line 2
