[Feature]: New Preference - Load MRU campaign at startup

Describe the Problem
This pertains particularly to development when I can happily launch MT 50+ times a day.
Each time I launch I go to the campaign MRU list and load my test campaign before I proceed to test whatever I'm working on.
The Solution you'd like
A user preference to load the most recently used campaign on startup. Could be a developer option but I see no reason for it not to be a standard option.
