[Feature]: Default to Figure tokens on an iso grid

Describe the Problem
When populating an isometric grid with figure tokens, the tokens' shape is first set to Top-Down. So I have to modify each one to instead be a Figure, which is tedious.
The Solution you'd like
When an image is dragged onto the Token layer of an iso map, we should assume that it is meant to be a Figure unless one of our heuristics suggests otherwise. Top-Down should never be selected by default for iso maps.
Alternatives that you've considered.
Using macros to automate the process.
