That will help increase staff productivity and patient confidentiality by saving time by eliminating regular phone calls and direct talking with staff. Patients benefit by not requiring to book/alter appointments to doctors. Which would eventually comfort them. According to one research, more than 60% of the people like to contact support staff via chat rather than phone call or email which eventually leads to patients’ comfort.
