[Issue]: ArtifactHUB helm install points to non-existant chart repo

Problem Description
The readme linked artifacthub chart fails to install when following the install instructions helm repo add amd-gpu-helm https://rocm.github.io/k8s-device-plugin/. The repository URL 404's:

I have republished the chart and the ArtifactHub instruction appears to work. The issue might have been related the organization renaming.
I believe Helm looks for index.yaml:
