[Simulation, Humble] Robot has an inertia backwards in the beginning

The robot moves backwards in the beginning of the simulation:

The robot cannot move its base after this move, only the arm can be moved. How can I solve this problem?

The issue does not happen anymore. My hunch is that some plugin packages were missing in my ROS installation.
