If a user supplies a previous version of an Ontology/Profile/Vocab alongside the new version being documented, then a changeset can be automatically made, just like this one: https://linkedearth.github.io/ontology/core/1.2.0/index-en.html#changes

For ontoflow I create this diff with bubastis and I will just add it to pylode's output.

I think you should keep doing that for the moment. I've been looking at
bubastis and yes, it's functionality could be recreated in Python for
inclusion in pyLODE or use elsewhere, but it wouldn't be a 5 min job!
I might try to see if one of our clients needs ont diffing capability.
Currently we use RDFDelta (https://afs.github.io/rdf-delta/) for RDF
diffing for our own RDF backup purposes and that's not too different.
