hi,
could it be possible to get opencv 3.4.12 (october 2020) to keep minapi to 14 (vs 21 for opencv > 4.0.1) ?

@thelittlefireman Sorry for the long wait. We are currently moving to mavenCentral and 3.4.15 is on our list.
@thelittlefireman Do you still need 3.4.12. We are planning to have 3.4.15 and 3.4.14 built, however, if you need 3.4.12, then we can also build the one
