Cloud grabbing problems in dual sensor approach

tigelbri opened this issue · comments

Hi,

I recognized an issue with a dual sensor approach.

Scenario:

2 M8 sensors are connected to a 100 mbit switch and a PC.
When I start a single sensor with the default launch file the clouds are arriving constantly and on time.
That changes when the second sensor is connected to a second instance of the launch file (just changed host ip). From that on the clouds frequency of the second one is going down (7 hertz instead of 10) and parts of the cloud (mainly one of the two halfs) are missing in the data, sometimes a warning occurs with cloud size is below the minimum...

All other settings are just default (they both arrived today).

Thank you in advance.

The M8 uses ~60 Mbps so you won't be able to connect to two of them over a 100 Mbps switch and get all of the data. If you use a gigabit switch, it should be fine.
