Adding missing gkfile_alt File button secondary function to conductor.py

There is still an instr_test_win #25 waiting to be merged and also the .zip in 'Instruments/Instr Tester' should be updated and I didn't want to make a mess in 'waiting to be merged' branches...
The gkfile_alt File button secondary function is missing from the Instrument Tester. This functionality is available on the Nebulae v2 (tested in a new Alternate Instrument), so I would like to address a change to conductor.py in both Instrument Testers by adding the following line in the ; secondary controls section:
gkfile_alt chnexport "file_alt", 1
When #25 is merged, I'm happy to do this.
