[Navbar] "Get started" should be "Getting Started"

Steps to reproduce the problem
- Go to https://qiskit.org/
- Click "Documentation" dropdown menu
What is the current behavior?
"Get started"
What is the expected behavior?
"Getting Started" to matched with the linked page: https://qiskit.org/documentation/getting_started.html
"S" should be capitalized to match the style of "Help and Learning"
