Bug: `MegaMenuDropdown` background-color on small viewports

Steps to reproduce the problem
View the qiskit-mega-menu-dropdown on small viewports
What is the current behavior?
The input field bg color is transparent
What is the expected behavior?
It should be allowed to be overridden so that a consuming project can set it to white (use case needed for qiskit.org)
