Cannot preview pictures

You can preview text (such as txt format) and preview video (such as MP4 format), but you can't preview the picture (nothing happens after pressing the space, the image is in jpg, png format)
To be precise, the files in these folders cannot be previewed. The folder is under the address of C:\Users\26899
The software I am using was downloaded from the Microsoft Store. Just tried again and found that when the file is placed on the desktop, whether it is a video, picture or text file can be previewed with "QuckLook", but the file cannot be previewed in other places such as D drive and E drive
