i think it is better than inno setup, becouse MSI is standart AFAIK

MSI is indeed preferable to EXE, but most of the installers are EXE, and InnoSetup works very well.

Are you comfortable with this InstallShield? Are there any disadvantages of it that you know about?

Now I see that InstallShield costs somewhere between $500 and thousand of dollars, so I don't think it's a good solution.

We didn't have these problems with InnoSetup.

Can you help with this?

(Also, the way that it puts shortcuts in "PythonTurtle team">"PythonTurtle" is not good, we don't need two folders, simply "PythonTurtle" is enough.)

ccleaner didn't help, it didn't even succeed in removing the entry in "Remove programs". Anyway, I deleted the folder manually.
