dt < 1 produces constant predictions

Describe the bug
In tutorial 2 the change of the parameter dt to a value < 1 results in constant predictions between two consecutive integers.

To Reproduce
Run tutorial 2 and have a look at the last plot

Expected behavior
The expected result is the one saved in the current version of the tutorial
