Add "Apoyan" section and PSF logo to it

We applied for a grant proposal and the PSF approved it. So, we need to add a new section like "Apoyan" and include their logo there.
The logo can be found at https://wiki.python.org/psf/PSF%20Press%20Kit
This could be after the section "Que llevo", I guess.
