With default parameters for Whisper-Faster_r182.2_windows.zip I just get one long paragraph:

[00:02.200 --> 00:25.820]  I wanted to bring you together today to tell you about a covert operation that we've conducted in the last few weeks. It's so possible. An attempt was made by an American whistleblower to sabotage our operation and expose you all to great danger. I'm happy to say that three of our operatives worked together in London and Barcelona to eliminate the threat and retrieve the intelligence.

With previous version in SE I got this (which seems better):

[00:02.200 --> 00:07.580]  I wanted to bring you together today to tell you about a covert operation that we've conducted in the last few weeks.

[00:19.380 --> 00:25.820]  I'm happy to say that three of our operatives worked together in London and Barcelona to eliminate the threat and retrieve the intelligence.

Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?

It's not a bug nor something wrong.
Sometimes model splits better sometimes worse, it's random.
Use --sentence or --standard if you don't like the original splitting. [this affects srt file]

With previous version in SE I got this?
