Does InpaintDelogo works on linux?

I wana use InpaintDelogo in linux is this possible?
I compiled Avisynth for ubuntu using this guide:

Should i add plugins before compile or after?
Any help is usefull thanks
External plugins are separate from Avisynth.
There are no compiled linux binaries for: AvsInpaint, GRunT, ClipBlend, RT_Stats, FrameSel, if you can compile these then you can run it.
Some user said that he's using Wine to run Avisynth/InpaintDelogo ( https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/ )
